Who is CupTune for?
CupTune is for home coffee brewers and baristas who want guided recipes, repeatable results, and a practical record of what changed between cups.
Does CupTune require an account?
No. The current app works without Appify account registration and keeps brewing profiles, recipes, photos, feedback, and preferences in the app's local device storage.
Does every Bluetooth coffee scale work?
No. CupTune identifies supported protocols and models explicitly. Scale support varies by platform, device, and firmware, and unsupported scales remain usable through manual brewing controls.
What diagnostics and analytics are sent?
CupTune sends a small set of anonymous product events to Aptabase and scrubbed crash diagnostics to its dedicated Sentry project. It does not send names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, receipts, package photos, or free-form brewing notes through those adapters.
Can I restore Premium?
Yes. A verified lifetime Premium purchase can be restored through the store and CupTune's monetization provider on a supported platform.
