GLP-1 Weight Loss Shot Tracker is a personal record-keeping and visit-preparation tool. It is not a medical device, emergency service, diagnosis, prescription, dose calculator, adherence guarantee or substitute for a clinician or pharmacist. Users must follow the instructions provided by their qualified healthcare professionals and the medicine's approved labeling. Supported medicine names and schedules describe record-keeping options, not recommendations or suitability. Users are responsible for checking every entry and exported report before relying on or sharing it. Appify does not guarantee a treatment, weight, glucose, safety or other health outcome. Users may not misuse, disrupt, redistribute or reverse engineer the app or use it to infringe another person's rights. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
