Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Appify handles information in Walking Pad Workout: PadCoach.
Information and purposes
PadCoach works without an Appify account. Safety profile, walking-pad details, goals, preferences, selected content titles or links, content duration and progress, planned sessions, workout history, accessory preferences, and cached app state are stored locally on the device. Bluetooth permission and nearby-device access are used only when the user chooses to discover or connect a compatible FTMS walking pad or wearable. Apple Watch and Wear OS communication transfers the active workout state and supported commands between the user's paired devices. PadCoach sends only a limited allowlist of product events to Aptabase without content titles, links, workout-history details, free text, advertising identifiers, or precise location. Its dedicated Sentry project receives scrubbed crash and critical-error diagnostics with default personal data, replay, screenshots, view hierarchy, tracing, and profiling disabled. Adapty processes store product, purchase, restore, trial, and premium-entitlement state; payments are handled by Apple or Google. Local notifications may be scheduled on the device for an eligible annual-trial reminder.

- Google platform services: Android and Wear OS distribution, paired-watch communication, Google Play products, purchases, trials, restore, notifications, and device storage.
- Adapty: Loading store products and coordinating verified subscription, entitlement, trial, and restore state.
- Aptabase: A small anonymous product-event allowlist for app opens, onboarding, core actions, paywall views, and completed purchases without content or workout-history details.
- Sentry: Scrubbed crash and critical-error diagnostics in a dedicated PadCoach project, with tracing, replay, screenshots, view hierarchy, profiling, and default personal data disabled.
- Firebase Hosting: Hosting the shared Appify landing page, privacy policy, support page, terms page, and static discovery files; it does not store PadCoach workout history.
Retention
Safety settings, machine details, goals, preferences, content references, plans, workout history, and cached app data remain on the device until the user resets or removes them, removes the app, or the operating system clears the app container. Notification requests remain with the operating system until they fire or are cancelled. Aptabase, Sentry, Adapty, Apple, and Google retain provider-side analytics, diagnostics, transaction, or entitlement records according to the configured account settings and their privacy policies.
Deletion and choices
Locally stored profile, machine, content, workout, and preference data can be removed through available reset controls or by removing the app. Disconnecting a walking pad or wearable ends the active connection but does not delete records independently stored by the device manufacturer or operating system. Apple and Google transaction history remains under the store provider's control so valid purchases can be restored. Requests concerning provider-side analytics or diagnostic records can be sent to genceloguzhan@gmail.com.
Children
PadCoach is a personal fitness-planning service and is not designed or marketed as a child-directed app. A parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether a young person may use a walking pad and for providing appropriate supervision. The current analytics and crash adapters do not use advertising identifiers or send content titles, content links, precise location, workout-history details, or free-form text.
