PadCoach provides personal fitness planning, timing, audio cues, optional content-duration matching, optional compatible-device controls, and progress summaries. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, media player, or substitute for professional advice. Walking-pad use involves risk; users remain responsible for following the machine manufacturer's instructions, maintaining a safe environment, using available handrails and emergency-stop equipment, choosing an appropriate speed, stopping if they feel pain, dizziness, instability, or unusual shortness of breath, and seeking qualified help when needed. Device compatibility, Bluetooth availability, sensor readings, speed commands, estimated distance, pace, calories, and content metadata can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. PadCoach applies conservative software limits but cannot guarantee hardware behavior or prevent every unsafe condition. Subscription pricing, billing period, free-trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown by Apple or Google before purchase. Continuously active launch subscribers are intended to remain on their original launch product and recurring price when separate standard-price products are later offered to new customers, subject to store billing rules; a lapsed subscription may reactivate at the then-current price. Users may not reverse engineer, redistribute, disrupt, misuse, or use the app to infringe another person's rights. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
