Sinus Index is provided for personal environmental awareness and self-tracking. Its environmental indicator, seven-day outlook, possible-factor explanations, notifications, journal comparisons, indoor sensor context, and educational content are informational only. Sinus Index is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or medical advice, and it does not determine whether weather, pollen, air quality, wind, pressure, or another factor caused a symptom. Environmental data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate, and sensor readings vary by device, placement, maintenance, and provider coverage. Users remain responsible for seeking qualified medical care for pain or fever that lasts longer than normal, symptoms that concern them, or any urgent condition. Subscription pricing, billing period, free-trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown by the App Store before purchase and are managed through Apple. Users may not reverse engineer, redistribute, disrupt, misuse, or use the app to infringe another person's rights. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
